Druk Trading Equipment (DTE), a proprietorship trading company with its registered head office at Namseling, Thimphu was established in 2006. DTE commenced its business as a small-scale trading partner primarily facilitating the import of KOBELCO excavators and spares in the Kingdom of Bhutan. Subsequently, in compliance with the provisions of the Bhutan Wholesale Trade Regulation, DTE is licensed as an authorized and a sole dealer of KOBELCO, CASE and OKADA machines in Bhutan.
Ever since its inception, DTE has been promoting the use of these machineries in the construction industry due to their high operating efficiency and as it stands today, there are more than 500 units of KOBELCO excavators, 200 units of CASE backhoes and 100 units of OKADA rock breakers catering to various construction projects, both public and private all across the country. As a dealer, DTE fully recognizes the significance of after-sales services and as obliged in the Bhutan Wholesale Trade Regulation and the dealership agreement, DTE has put in ardent efforts in establishing warehouses that maintain stocks of all spare parts for timely delivery to its valued customers.

Druk Cargo Clearing Agent
Druk Cargo Clearing Agent (DCCA) is a sister concern of DTE with its registered office in Phuentsholing, Bhutan. Established in 2004, its primary scope of operation involves clearing and forwarding not only DTE’s import of machines and spare parts but also international consignments of other importers. DCCA takes full responsibility of all documentation pertaining to logistical arrangements including customs, starting from the port of debarkation in Kolkata, India until the consignment is forwarded to the buyers. With considerably less turnaround time and reasonably low charges, DCCA encourages all importers of goods to avail its facility and experience a more expedited clearing service. As a link between the buyers and transporters, DCCA assures our best services at all times.

Druk Equipment Hiring Unit
Druk Equipment Hiring Unit (DEHU) is a unit under DTE which facilitates hiring of machineries to constructions, both public and private. DEHU maintains fleet of construction machineries such as KOBELCO excavators and CASE backhoes for hire and with myriad projects already executed successfully, DEHU has one of the best records in terms of efficacy in the field and maintenance of machines thereby fulfilling the needs of the users. Amongst many others, Project DANTAK and Construction Development Corporation Limited are currently DEHU’s major clients, the former utilizing the machines in road construction and widening projects and the latter in varied infrastructural developments.

Bhutan Construction Machinery
Bhutan Construction Machinery (BCM) is an authorized distributor of BKT tires. BCM deals with off-highway tires, in particular in the specialized segments such as agricultural, construction & industrial vehicles as well as earthmoving, port & mining, ATV and gardening applications.
